Hello and welcome to the web site for the Tag-a-Turtle Project, a unique fundraising project that aims to raise enough money to provide a satellite tag for the next turtle washed up and stranded on UK shores.

There have been many turtle strandings in the UK over the past few years, and once rehabilitated, the turtles are released back into the wild. A satellite tag on one of the rehabilitated turtles will provide scientists vital information in helping to understand these fascinating creatures, and how to conserve them in the future.

Chris and Annabelle Lowe's fantastic Atlantic Diver has been a long time supporter of the Tag-A-Turtle project, and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their generosity and hard work.

"Atlantic Diver" is a Superfast 10m Blyth Catamaran with an "island" wheelhouse, purpose built for Diving, Snorkelling, Conservation, Angling, Survey and Commercial Work, and is powered by Twin IVECO NEFF diesel engines rated at 330hp, giving a top speed of 30 Knots.
