Our Sponsors
The Tag-a-Turtle Project has been lucky enough to be sponsored by some very generous organisations that
have helped along the way to achieving the goals we have set ourselves. Below you will find details of
these organisations and how they have helped...
The Blue Reef Aquarium
Newquay's Blue Reef Aquarium has played a vital role in helping the Tag-a-Turtle team out since we began the project. As well as being the place where the stranded turtles get rehabilitated before release, the aquarium has welcomed the project with open arms. Collection boxes are placed within the aquarium, and they have run numerous competitions and activities to help raise awareness for the project.

Atlantic Diver, Newquay
Chris and Annabelle Lowe's 'Atlantic Diver', running from Newquay Harbour, has also played a vital role in helping the project out. In 2010, they allowed us to go on a sponsored shark dive to raise money and awareness for the project.
"Atlantic Diving thoroughly enjoyed working with the Tag a Turtle Team, especially as it proved to be a day filled with fun and adventure. We were pleased that Nicole and Nicola highlighted not only the plight of the turtle and shark during their sponsored cage dive but raised awareness of our struggling marine environment generally. Those interested in making a difference by helping to conserve these amazing and charismatic creatures now have a wonderful opportunity to donate, join in an event or leap right in and set up and event of their own. We shall certainly be happy to continue supporting this worthy and exciting cause."
